If you are a software developer
Audit your own application, products you work on or open-source projects, and help remove the barriers you find.
THE ACCESS100 MANIFESTO
We are coming together to make 100 applications and 100 pieces of content accessible in 100 days.
On the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, kind words are shared. Logos change colour and statements are published.
Then December 4 arrives. And accessibility barriers remain exactly where they were.
This year, we are saying: enough.Accessibility is not a topic for one day. It is a fundamental quality of software, content and products.
An application that does not work with a screen reader, a video without captions or content without audio description is a closed door for millions of people.
Awareness alone is not enough. Unless it becomes action, awareness evaporates on December 4.
We want to talk about code and content—not promises. One hundred days before December 3, we are starting a global movement.
Over 100 days, we will make 100 applications accessible and create captioned, audio-described versions of 100 videos.
The numbers are our target, but habit is our real goal. Accessibility must be a standard from the beginning, not a patch added later.
We can only grow this impact together.Audit your own application, products you work on or open-source projects, and help remove the barriers you find.
Create captioned and audio-described versions of your videos and make your audience genuinely inclusive.
Test the applications and content made accessible and share your feedback. Your experience is the movement’s most valuable evidence.
Join the testing ecosystem and help this call reach more people by sharing the movement.
Share this manifesto with your community. A call that is not heard is not a call.

We will not confine accessibility to one day a year.
We will show that making an application accessible is not extra work—it is the work.
And when December 4 arrives, we will leave behind working products, not promises.
